One Day Boot Camp

What a way to spend your day….

If you want to do something different with your weekend, then sign up for one of our fantastic 1 day boot camp fitness and adventure days. Spend a full day burning calories, toning muscle and enjoying a completely new and adventurous activity!

One day boot camps are a fantastic way to kick-start your fitness and experience the exceptional training delivered by the Northern Bootcamp team. Your day will be jam packed and full of varied exercise sessions, with one to one coaching and motivational training.

Whether you regularly run 10 miles or have never run 10 metres and never want to run 10 metres, the one day boot camp is for you. While it is difficult to imagine how the day can be tailored to your individual ability, as soon as you arrive, you will see that you are in safe hands and will be working at your own pace and within your physical limits.

The varied fitness sessions and activities are unique and ran by our inspirational trainers that will encourage and motivate you to push your body and rise to the challenge. The program will vary on each camp but could include; circuits, boxing, kettlebells, team adventure challenge, obstacle courses and loads more.
Unlike many other boot camps, we add an element of adventure and give you the chance to try your hand at an outdoor activity too, such as canoeing, mountain biking, abseiling, archery, kayaking or orienteering. You will also have the benefit of tasting some of the delicious Northern Bootcamp food, with 2 snacks and lunch included, you will see why other campers come back to us for 14 of these days at once!

The one day boot camps take place on a Saturday or Sunday and there is an option to make a weekend of it and sign up for both. Click here for more info on this.

One Day Boot Camp Logistics

  • One day Fitness Bootcamp starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm
  • Kit: You will need to wear workout clothes, trainers and bring spare clothes with you, including waterproofs.
  • Food and drink – Provided, please bring your own waterbottle.
  • Cost: £70 for a full day including 2 snacks, lunch and drinks.
  • Location: Near Bamburgh, Northumberland Train station pick up and drop off at Berwick-Upon-Tweed are available

I joined my local boot camp, training in the park and really enjoyed it, I wanted to see if I could manage a full day Boot camp before I signed up for a residential. It was tough but so much fun and far better than I imagined I am now signed up for a 4 day camp in April and can’t wait.
