All of our boot camps have a very full but flexible program, the accommodation is fantastic with a choice of rooms. You will have one-to-one discussions, educational seminars and a 3 month follow up as well as an on-going support system that gives you access to a personal trainer.
We offer a range of boot camps varying in duration. The 14 day boot camp is by far the most effective weight loss and fitness bootcamp programs to make some serious health gains in a short period of time. The 7 Day boot camp is most popular and you will be blown away by the difference that 7 days can make to your body shape, weight, fitness and more importantly wellbeing. However, if you are short on time and are looking for a real kick start to get you back on track, then the 4 day boot camp will help you to do just that.
Impactful Retreats, are newly introduced and we have had huge success introducing or re-introducing people to exercise who have been out of the game for a while, or who never got into it in the first place. The retreat is slightly more relaxed than a standard bootcamp and all exercise sessions are low impact, which are easier on the joints, muscles and those bodies that may require a more gradual approach to kick start fitness. find out more about Impactful Retreat
The weekend boot camps and 1 Day Fitness and Adventure camps offer a taster experience, giving you the chance to spend a day or 2 with our exceptional trainers, picking up fitness tips, working your muscles and also trying your hand at a new more adventurous activity as well as tasting the amazing Northern Boot Camp food.
